ORLINÁ – Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Orliná piece. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. This policy applies to all orders shipped worldwide.

 

Standard Items

(Including Feet Stud Protectors and other non-personalised products)

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Protective films and tags must remain intact
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Due to the delicate nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

 

Made-to-Order Items

(Including the Shoulder Strap for Kelly Pochette and other customised pieces)

Our Shoulder Strap for Kelly Pochette are produced according to your selected specifications including colour and hardware choice.

As these items are made to order and crafted to customer specifications, they are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

We are therefore unable to accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you believe your made-to-order item is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: hello@orlina.co.uk

Please include clear photographic evidence so we can assess the issue. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement. We reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a replacement or refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 5 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence at: hello@orlina.co.uk

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, We reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a refund.

 

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Failure to respond to the courier
  • Failure to collect from a delivery point

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
