All orders are carefully prepared and inspected prior to dispatch.

Order Processing

Standard Items

(Feet Stud Protectors and other non-personalised products)

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Made-to-Order Items

(Shoulder Strap for Kelly Pochette and other customised pieces)

Made-to-order items are produced according to your selected specifications.

Production time is typically 7–14 working days before dispatch.

Please note that production begins shortly after your order is placed and cannot be cancelled once underway.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Orliná is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasonal demand

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure timely receipt of the parcel.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We are unable to estimate these fees in advance.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to respond to the courier

  • Failure to collect from a delivery point

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs before issuing any refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.
